Gobhi ke parathe recipe
Gobhi ke parathe is a North Indian dish. Prepared with very less preparation and in very less time, these can be served in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Enjoy these delicious Gobhi paratha with pickle/chutney and curd.
cauliflower/gobhi: one cup grated
onion: one medium size
green chilli: 2 medium size chopped finely
coriander: chopped finely
cumin seeds: 1 tspoon
red chilli powder: 1/2 tspoon
garam masala: 1/2 tspoon
coriander powder: 1 tspoon
oil: 1 tspoon
salt: to taste
1. Put kadhai on flame and add oil to it.
6. Turn off the flame and let the stuffing cool down.
2. Make a small dough ball to roll paratha. Dust some dry flour and flatten it a little.
5. Place the paratha on hot tava/flat pan on medium flame. Flip the side when it’s cooked 1/4th. Apply oil/ghee.
